We dined here on back-to-back mornings since we were staying at the Palazzo Hotel. The first time was close to 11am and we sat at the bar and were served by Chris. WOW! What an amazing time! My wife and I shared a croissant, their Toast à l'Avocat, and their Biscuit au Babeurre. My wife also ordered their French Martini, while I just had their house coffee & creme. Both the avocado toast and biscuits & gravy tasted familiar, but had a special flavor profile to it which your brain reminded you what it was, but your taste buds were blown away by how much better this Bouchon Version was. Chris was outstanding, he explained how the dishes were prepared and what it contained just to make sure we didn't have a dislike for any of the ingredients or may have a food allergy to anything. The food & service was so amazing, we came back the following morning! We were again served by Chris, as well as Nick & Brandon. Service was beyond excellent! This restaurant has some really great bartenders/servers working there! My wife had their Bénédicte au Crabe & I had the same but swapped the crab for ham. We also had a chocolate croissant, cheese danish, their baguette with butter & jam, and pomme frites. Service was equally as great and the food was so good, we wanted to come back for a third time but we were flying out of Vegas later that evening. Bouchon Bistro is a must dine at spot if you love French food, breakfasts, or brunches! The dining area was spotless, well designed, had high ceilings with plenty of natural light. We absolutely love this place! We'll come back here during every visit to Vegas from here on.

A night full of laughs, amazing drinks and top notch food. Shout to the lovely staff and our server Deion for giving us above and beyond service. Interior is reminiscent of a classic French vibe for a nice relaxed dinner. The seafood tasted like it was practically plucked right out of the ocean. Alaskan king crab was to die for. Oysters featured a west coast and east coast options which were also amazing. Shrimp and lobster were fantastic too. The beef bourguignon was cooked till perfection with a great tenderness to it. The waygu steak had to make me pause for a second too. The entire night was filled with fun moments and sharing them over food is the best thing I could ask for. If you want quality food with quality service this restaurant is a good place to start. Thank you again!

Solid but partial to Yountville. Sat at the bar, best spot in the joint. The bartenders were friendly and helpful and only made the meal even more memorable. The steak was excellent, the fries crisp and washed it down with a nice Bordeaux.

Bouchon, located in the Venetian Hotel, exceeded our expectations with excellent service, a warm and inviting ambiance, and absolutely amazing food. We ordered the Crab Benedict and the Assortiment de Pâtisseries (a delightful assortment of cookies and muffins). To start, we were served complimentary bread with butter, which was simply divine. The butter spread effortlessly on the fresh bread, making for a perfect beginning to our meal. The Crab Benedict was a standout--perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. We shared it, and it was more than satisfying. As for the pâtisseries, we brought them home, and they were an absolute hit with the kids--they couldn't get enough! We're already looking forward to returning and trying more items on their menu.

We visited for the prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and flavorful dishes. For appetizers, we chose the "Tartare de Betteraves" and "Gâteau au Confit de Canard." The duck confit was beautifully presented and tasted delightful. For our entrées, we had the "Dinde Rôtie" and "Bœf Bourguignon." Both the turkey and steak were tender and cooked to perfection. We concluded our meal on a sweet note with the "Trio de Tartes" and "K+M Chocolate Gateau." As a big fan of Bouchon's tarts, I truly enjoyed the dessert, and the chocolate cake was perfectly layered. The service and atmosphere were amazing.

Our group of 4 came here with an advance reservation for brunch on Saturday, November 30, 2024. We were seated promptly after arriving about 10 minutes early for our reservation time of 11:45am. The brunch was absolutely amazing. The food quality was superb and the service was equally exceptional. I personally ordered the TAK Room Burger and it was so good! The wagyu beef patty was super tender and the truffle fries were excellent (probably some of the best I've ever had). This was our second time here and we will be back the next time we visit Vegas.

Came here for brunch on my daughter-in-law's birthday. The elevator to the restaurant is in the same area as the elevators to the garage on the lobby level. The restaurant is beautiful and classy! It's actually quite big with a good size bar. There is also outdoor seating with excellent view. My husband and I shared the Steak Pane and the Benedicte au Crabe. Son and daughter-in-law shared the Croque Madame and the Benedicte. We also ordered the Escargots de Bourgogne to share. Service was top notch, very professional and very attentive. Bread was brought to the table with soft butter and jam. The bread and butter were excellent. The Escargots were very tasty and came with puff pastries that were perfect for soaking up the garlic-parsley butter. The Benedicte au Crabe was extremely creamy, buttery, and rich. It came with a good amount of crab but not as much as some of the other Yelpers had described. The eggs were perfectly poached. The Steak Pane was a breaded sirloin with gravy. I didn't like it that much because it didn't taste like beef at all. The breading and gravy were probably too over-powering. Birthday girl got a free brownie which was very rich and delicious. Overall it was a very good dining experience with exceptional service.

Bouchon is definitely about feeling welcome and special with good food. Came in here for dinner and I will say this place is next level with customer service. The staff definitely makes you feel you are the only person that matters. Started with the Smoked salmon Rillettes aux Duex Saumon which had perfect seasoning and good flavor. Entrees were a Dover Sole and Steak Frites. The Steak was VERY tender and the Dover Sole was cooked with a brown butter sauce that made an amazing flavor. These were fantastic. Dessert was a fantastic Chocolate mousse that was served with a vanilla bean glaze. The mousse had a hint of salt on the on the backend of the bite that compliments the dessert and balances it well. This was an amazing experience.

We came here to use our 65 dollar breakfast credit with our FHR stay at the Palazzo. The food here was pricey and if it weren't for the credit we probably wouldn't come here. With that said, the service was very high quality. Waiters checked in with us at a good pace, and we were seated and given bread very quickly. We also loved the aesthetic of the restaurant and general ambiance. I ordered a quiche and a croissant while my husband got the crab egg benedict. The quiche was rich, creamy, and cheesy- all the things you'd expect from a well-executed quiche. The only thing was that it wasn't as warm as I would have expected. The croissant was flaky and tasted rich as well, but it also wasn't warm and as soft as I would have liked. My husband's crab benedict was amazing. They did not skimp on the crab at all! It felt like every bite had a very solid amount of crab. The english muffin was crispy and the sauce was extremely creamy, buttery, and rich. My only feedback is the sauce may have overpowered the flavor of the crab. But definitely one of the best things we ate on this trip.
